Lead Software Engineer - Java Backend
Tasks
- Analyze design develop deliver software solutions
- Apply Gitflow branching and peer review
- Author unit and contract and integration tests
- Automate build and operational tasks
- Build APIs event driven and batch services
- Coordinate product demos and acceptance signoffs
- Debug and troubleshoot core heap and thread dumps
- Define requirements for applications and customizations
- Design scalable real-time and batch processing systems
- Document requirements and definition of done
- Drive integration of services for customer journey
- Implement secure coding practices and vulnerability management
- Manage delivery metrics and optimize performance
- Mentor team members and review coding and automation
- Orchestrate release workflows and CI/CD pipelines
- Scan and measure code quality using static analysis
- Write automated tests using TDD and BDD
