Tasks
- Analyze trends and drive service improvement
- Apply Group Policy changes
- Collaborate with 3rd line Cloud Networking and Security teams
- Create and maintain documentation and knowledge base articles
- Escalate to PAM specialists
- Execute reboot cycles and validation checks
- Implement approved changes
- Manage ticket queues and resolve within SLA
- Monitor system alerts and RMM dashboards
- Perform CyberArk account unlocks
- Perform network troubleshooting
- Perform password rotation checks
- Perform patching and maintenance tasks
- Perform problem analysis and create problem tickets
- Receive escalated incidents and requests
- Respond to tickets and alerts
- Support and mentor L1 engineers
- Support basic PAM troubleshooting
- Troubleshoot Active Directory and Entra ID
- Troubleshoot Azure Virtual Desktop and Remote Desktop Services
- Troubleshoot Exchange Online
- Troubleshoot Intune
- Troubleshoot Microsoft 365
- Troubleshoot VMware issues
- Validate credentials in CyberArk
