Manager, Mission Security Engineering
Tasks
- Architect and review security designs for ground C2 missile defense and on orbit systems
- Build and lead Mission Security Engineering team
- Define RMF ATO strategy and execution roadmap
- Engage government assessors during authorization activities
- Establish security engineering processes standards and tooling
- Implement DISA STIGs and NIST SP 800 53 controls
- Implement NSA Type 1 cryptographic solutions
- Integrate security into DevSecOps CI CD pipelines
- Integrate security requirements from concept through operations
- Lead threat modeling for space and C2 systems
- Own mission security posture compliance status and risk tradeoffs
- Represent security posture in government and partner forums
- Review security artifacts for ATO readiness
- Translate intelligence into security architecture decisions
