Tasks
- Align controls with NIST CSF NIST SP 800 53 ISO 27001 and company policies
- Define network security architecture
- Drive continuous improvement for detection resilience and availability
- Implement IDS IPS and secure web gateway
- Investigate and remediate network security events
- Lead and mentor network security engineers and managed service providers
- Lead firewall implementation and optimization
- Manage ZTNA and VPN connectivity
- Manage rule management and incident support
- Oversee network security operations monitoring and alert response
- Provide executive level communication on risk posture initiatives and investment needs
- Support audits inspections and risk assessments with evidence
- Translate risk requirements into network controls with Cyber GRC
