- Advise leadership on security business risks
- Align application security practices with industry standards and regulations
- Analyze SAST results and remediate flaws
- Communicate security posture to stakeholders
- Conduct assessments of running applications
- Develop enterprise vulnerability management processes and tooling
- Embed security practices across SDLC
- Establish security metrics and reporting
- Execute security team long term vision
- Hire coach and mentor security engineers
- Implement DAST methodologies and configure scanning tools
- Implement SAST programs and CI CD integration
- Lead and grow security engineering team
- Lead internal and external penetration testing engagements
- Manage bug bounty program
- Prioritize security initiatives
- Review and validate security architecture and design patterns
