- Contribute to offensive security strategy capability uplift and go to market
- Drive delivery quality and ensure engagements are well scoped
- Foster high performing inclusive and engaged team culture
- Lead and manage offensive security consulting teams
- Lead and support pre sales activities including scoping proposals and pricing
- Manage team utilization pipeline visibility and resourcing
- Partner with internal stakeholders to align delivery and commercial outcomes
- Serve as escalation point for complex technical and client issues
- Support thought leadership and community engagement
