Physical Security Architect & Practice Lead
Tasks
- Approve cable pathway and termination standards
- Architect branch surveillance systems
- Conduct performance reviews and training
- Coordinate delivery with project management engineering and supply chain
- Create technical documentation as built diagrams and system architecture drawings
- Define camera placement coverage and retention standards
- Define grounding and bonding standards
- Develop physical security technology roadmap
- Direct video analytics and threat detection technology
- Evaluate physical security platforms and components
- Lead recruiting hiring and onboarding
- Lead standards development and reference architecture
- Manage mentor and develop physical security technical team
- Monitor service level agreement adherence
- Oversee operational troubleshooting and maintenance coordination
- Provide executive level technical briefings and decision support
- Provide layer 1 wiring infrastructure guidance
- Provide layer 2 and layer 3 network support
- Recommend video management system platforms
- Serve as primary escalation point for service issues
- Serve as primary physical security architecture advisor to leadership
- Support dispatch and scheduling of technicians
- Troubleshoot signal degradation and grounding faults
