Tasks
- Coordinate load balancer WAF and DNS integrations
- Ensure operational health and performance
- Improve deployment automation configuration management and standardisation
- Lead middleware deployment configuration upkeep optimization
- Maintain middleware documentation and configuration baselines
- Manage middleware decommissioning and secure disposal
- Manage security compliance TLS hardening and access control
- Manage vendor relationships and support escalations
- Mentor middleware analysts and manage on call rota
- Oversee middleware upgrades patching and vulnerability remediation
- Perform Middleware Performance Tuning
- Support application onboarding integration testing and environment readiness
- Support business continuity planning and DR testing
- Troubleshoot middleware outages and performance issues
