MTS Manager
Tasks
- Act as senior technical escalation point
- Build EU cyber resilience act compliance operating model
- Coordinate CVE workflows with CNA
- Create service delivery playbooks and technical methodologies
- Define monitor report service level agreements and KPIs
- Ensure delivery quality technical accuracy schedule adherence
- Hire onboard develop mentor and retain product security team
- Integrate automation platform into customer engagements
- Lead new product security service build out operationalization
- Lead service reviews escalation discussions and quarterly business reviews
- Manage margin discipline utilization targets and forecast accuracy
- Manage product security managed services delivery
- Manage team utilization for billable work and new service launches
- Own engagement lifecycle scoping statement of work kickoff execution deliverable review
- Partner with sales on scoping statements of work pricing alignment
- Plan capacity manage skills inventory and training plans
- Run PSIRTaaS continuous vulnerability monitoring triage and advisory issuance
- Serve as senior delivery contact for strategic accounts
- Set team performance objectives conduct feedback and reviews
- Track operational delivery against services ARR plan
