- Coach and train field engineers
- Contribute knowledge articles to problem solution database
- Develop and deliver modality training courses
- Identify field process improvements
- Identify field quality improvements using Trackwise
- Improve productivity tools
- Maintain field advisor knowledge and tools
- Provide remote and onsite technical support
- Resolve Siemens X ray system performance issues
- Support customer site coaching mentoring and escalations
- Support service escalations for Siemens X ray products
- Support serviceability reliability quality trend analysis
- Troubleshoot remotely using diagnostic tools and processes
- Use escalation process for corrective action plans
- Utilize Gameplan tool for service effectiveness
