- Deploy Windows PowerShell for maintenance and application distribution
- Handle third line support for hardware and applications
- Manage SCCM task sequences OS images driver packages boot images
- Manage iOS and Android applications via Intune and Apple Business Manager
- Monitor and report using SCCM and Intune
- Provide IT support and troubleshooting
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues via ServiceNow
