Tasks

Adhere to security policies and procedures
Assist with patching and upgrades
Document incidents in IT service management system
Escalate incidents to level 2 and level 3 support
Execute basic configuration changes and reboots
Generate network performance and incident reports
Identify and alert network anomalies
Install integrate server and application hardware
Maintain operational documentation and runbooks
Monitor SOC security alerts and investigate suspicious activity
Monitor network performance and security events
Participate in root cause analysis
Perform incident triage and diagnosis
Perform routine health checks of network devices
Provide incident status updates to stakeholders
Respond to network incidents and troubleshoot
Support and configure network devices
Work in 24 7 shift rotation and perform handovers
