- Automate network and system tasks with scripting
- Design configure and maintain network infrastructure
- Implement and manage network segmentation
- Maintain network documentation
- Maintain system backups and disaster recovery readiness
- Monitor network performance and availability
- Participate in IT roadmap planning and system upgrade projects
- Patch install and configure application software and servers
- Perform Active Directory administration
- Perform help desk and technical support with root cause analysis
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 escalation support
- Recommend and implement network and system improvements
- Share knowledge with IT staff
- Support capacity planning
- Troubleshoot network and system hardware software and connectivity issues
