Tasks
- Author and maintain network standards runbooks configurations and diagrams
- Automate configuration compliance and repeatable changes
- Collaborate with InfoSec on risk assessments hardening and compensating controls
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to design scalable connectivity
- Escalate and lead incident triage and stabilization
- Execute ITIL incident problem change and configuration management
- Maintain network observability using telemetry and packet capture
- Manage changes from design review through implementation and validation
- Optimize connectivity to Azure and AWS using ExpressRoute Direct Connect and hybrid routing
- Optimize network performance QoS congestion control and path selection
- Provide network engineering support for network segments and applications
- Support SD WAN traffic steering and cloud edge security integration
- Troubleshoot routing switching wireless firewall load balancing and VPN issues
