- Administer Active Directory DNS and DHCP
- Administer Azure and Entra ID
- Administer Meraki cloud managed networking and optimize performance
- Administer Microsoft Exchange Online SharePoint OneDrive and Teams
- Administer Windows Server and core services
- Configure Fortinet security policies SD WAN VPNs and threat protection
- Configure VLANs and network segmentation
- Configure firewalls routers switches and wireless systems
- Deploy and support Ubiquiti UniFi gateways switches and wireless infrastructure
- Design and deploy LAN WLAN WAN and VPN networks
- Design firewall configurations NAT PNAT ACLs and filtering policies
- Document technical work and manage customer engagements
- Implement disaster recovery solutions and test recovery
- Install and configure network hardware
- Maintain customer network environments
- Manage Hyper V and VMware and high availability clusters
- Monitor network performance and integrity
- Set up wireless SSIDs and authentication with LDAP and RADIUS
- Troubleshoot workstation network and server issues
- Use network diagnostic monitoring and analysis tools
