- Configure Cisco ISE for network access management
- Coordinate third party maintenance and vendor support
- Deploy Cisco NDFC for network automation and backup configurations
- Implement layer 2 network protocols and technologies
- Install and reconfigure network hardware and software
- Maintain network documentation and diagrams
- Manage tickets using ITIL best practices
- Monitor and assess network outages
- Operate and maintain Cisco Nexus layer 2 networks
- Perform STIG maintenance for DoD systems
- Provide on-call support
