Tasks
- Collaborate with IT teams on integration of new systems
- Configure and support firewall policies and VPN configurations
- Maintain network documentation
- Manage routers switches firewalls and VPNs
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure
- Participate in on-call support
- Perform vulnerability assessments and risk analysis
- Provide second level support for network incidents and requests
- Respond to network and security incidents within SLA
- Support security audits and compliance requirements
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues
