• Leverage Zscaler proxy solutions for security applications
• Manage Zscaler Internet Access and Private Access
• Monitor data center and SaaS application performance
• Optimize system efficiency and streamline policies
• Perform remote troubleshooting device health analysis
• Respond to client requests and troubleshoot issues
• Roll out client connectors and version updates
• Set SLA alerting and generate analytics reports
• Set up office locations with GRE/IPSec tunnels
