OKTA L3 SME - System Administration
Tasks
- Assist with audit compliance and access reviews
- Create and update SOPs runbooks and documentation
- Escalate complex incidents
- Handle P1 P2 incidents and root cause analysis
- Maintain OKTA platform policies and groups
- Manage Major Incident and Service Requests
- Manage incident, change, and problem processes
- Mentor L2 OKTA administrators
- Support OKTA administration and configurations
- Support OKTA agent deployments upgrades and maintenance
- Support OKTA patching and federation services
- Troubleshoot MFA SSO authentication issues
