OnBase Infrastructure Administrator (Onsite Hybrid)
Tasks
- Configure and manage OnBase modules
- Configure scan queues and mailbox importer
- Design OnBase solutions
- Develop and manage OnBase workflow exports and configuration migrations
- Develop dashboards and reports
- Develop document retrieval custom queries and import processes
- Ensure system performance reliability and data integrity
- Implement user roles user groups and security keywords
- Install configure upgrade and support Hyland OnBase ECM
- Integrate external systems using OnBase API
- Maintain configuration and access control across environments
- Troubleshoot IIS and Windows server issues
