Ops Spec: Systems Engineer (SAM)
Tasks
- Assist with project delivery
- Contribute to team effectiveness
- Drive proactive operational culture
- Install monitor test and maintain cloud and infrastructure solutions
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and partners
- Manage and support customer technical solutions
- Manage technical resolution of service disruptions
- Operate in 24x7 on-call environment
- Perform hardware firmware upgrades
- Plan coordinate and implement system changes
- Support, maintain and manage cloud/OS solutions meeting SLAs
