OT Security Specialist (Training & Knowledge Transfer)
Tasks
- Advise leadership on workforce gaps and knowledge transfer
- Assess workforce readiness and track outcomes
- Coordinate training with system owners and SOC CIRT teams
- Create technical documentation and labs
- Deliver instructor-led and virtual training
- Develop curriculum and lesson plans
- Lead OT cybersecurity training
- Maintain training artifacts and runbooks
- Run train the trainer sessions
- Support tabletop events and hands on labs
