- Participate in on-call rotations
- Perform CyberArk upgrades and patching
- Perform threat modeling for privileged access
- Provide escalation level troubleshooting for vaulting and sessions
- Run health checks and system hardening
- Serve as subject matter expert for CyberArk incidents
- Tune CPM and PSM performance
