• Manage engagement timelines and resources
• Mentor and develop penetration testers
• Perform advanced penetration testing
• Present findings and executive summaries to stakeholders
• Provide strategic security posture guidance
• Review attack chains and exploitation methodologies
• Review findings and ensure report quality
• Serve as primary technical lead throughout lifecycle
• Set testing methodology and rules of engagement
• Support recruitment and onboarding
• Support service development for offensive security
• Validate risk ratings and actionable remediation guidance
