• Conduct vulnerability identification and remediation planning
• Define attack strategies and assign roles
• Define security roadmap with internal clients
• Develop and maintain internal tools and scripts
• Document test actions and produce technical and executive reports
• Mentor junior profiles and support skill growth
• Oversee legal and contractual scope of test engagements
• Participate in red team engagements
• Perform intrusion testing with ethical and regulatory approach
• Plan and manage penetration testing campaigns
• Support security R and D and tooling
