Physical Security Architect & Practice Lead
Tasks
- Architect branch surveillance systems
- Collaborate with low voltage contractors and facilities teams
- Conduct performance reviews and development plans
- Conduct site surveys and branch assessments
- Coordinate delivery with account project engineering and supply chain
- Coordinate operational troubleshooting and maintenance support
- Define camera placement standards
- Define grounding and bonding standards
- Deliver training programs and ensure certifications
- Develop and maintain physical security technology roadmap
- Evaluate and recommend video management system platforms
- Guide emerging branch security technologies
- Lead recruiting hiring and onboarding
- Lead standards development and reference architecture
- Maintain stakeholder relationships
- Manage and mentor field service technicians and engineers
- Monitor service level agreement performance
- Produce technical documentation and as built diagrams
- Provide Layer 2 and Layer 3 support for physical security networks
- Provide client escalation for physical security issues
- Provide interoperability guidance for SOC workflows
- Review cable pathway and termination standards
- Serve as primary physical security advisor
- Specify and design Layer 1 wiring infrastructure
- Troubleshoot signal degradation and grounding faults
