Physical Security Architect & Practice Lead
Tasks
- Approve cable pathway and termination standards
- Architect branch surveillance systems
- Conduct performance reviews and development planning
- Coordinate delivery with project management and engineering teams
- Coordinate operational troubleshooting and maintenance workflows
- Define camera placement and coverage standards
- Define grounding and bonding standards
- Design Layer 1 wiring infrastructure
- Develop physical security technology roadmap
- Evaluate and architect video management system platforms
- Evaluate physical security platforms and components
- Lead physical security team mentoring and training
- Lead recruiting hiring and onboarding
- Lead standards development and reference architecture
- Maintain technical documentation as built diagrams and system drawings
- Manage service escalations and stakeholder communication
- Monitor service level agreement compliance
- Provide guidance on video analytics and AI threat detection
- Provide physical security architecture advisory
- Support Layer 2 and Layer 3 network integration
- Troubleshoot signal degradation and cable faults
