Tasks
- Collaborate on systems integration
- Collaborate with developers and DBAs to integrate applications
- Conduct network performance data captures and analyze
- Configure and maintain network diagrams and accreditations
- Design hardware and system updates for eVDI
- Develop and implement applications into virtual desktop infrastructure
- Implement network solutions including load balancing VPNs firewalls NAT
- Perform software scripting, installation, provisioning, and configuration
- Perform system architecture implementation, integration, and maintenance
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 Citrix end-user support
- Resolve network issues and optimize system performance
- Support eVDI end-users and infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and monitor eVDI support
