• Coordinate with parties to understand treatment plans
• Coordinate with payers and clients
• Create policy products in TATSH
• Ensure policy eligibility exclusions and limits
• Maintain policy terms and conditions in NEXtCARE system
• Modify internal process as needed
• Perform clinical and administrative intake services
• Review table of benefits inclusions exclusions limits sub limits
