Portfolio Manager
Tasks
- Allocate resources and perform capacity planning
- Chair portfolio synchronization forums
- Conduct portfolio risk management and develop mitigation plans
- Coordinate project managers across task areas
- Develop ROM analysis for prioritization and funding decisions
- Enforce project management methodologies
- Escalate and resolve cross project dependencies
- Establish portfolio governance review boards and change control
- Evaluate project performance and drive corrective actions
- Maintain integrated master schedule visibility
- Manage schedule cost risk scope and interdependencies
- Mentor project leads and enforce quality standards
- Produce executive reporting dashboards and recommendations
