- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues
- Coordinate with engineering and product management on persistent issues
- Coordinate with global support offices to maintain service levels
- Document resolutions to improve knowledge base
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support

- Reproduce customer environments to validate issues
- Troubleshoot identity security platform integrations with third party systems
