Tasks
- Administer Windows macOS Linux Unix environments
- Architect and lead REST API integrations
- Conduct technical briefings to leadership
- Coordinate customer and internal engineering efforts
- Create technical documentation as built requirements standard operating procedures
- Deliver executive briefings and customer leadership updates
- Document and escalate product gaps and feature requests
- Facilitate product installation configuration integration training
- Integrate SIEM SOAR identity providers cloud services
- Mentor engineers on API and automation best practices
- Perform version upgrades and issue resolution
- Plan security design architecture and deployment
- Provide customer training troubleshooting on site support
- Serve as technical advisor to key accounts and support renewals
- Troubleshoot complex installation and application errors
