Tasks
- Define RBAC ABAC models and SoD policies
- Define processes and procedures
- Design access request workflows
- Design and review security SIEM content
- Design identity lifecycle joiner mover leaver
- Develop best practices reusable assets and solution accelerators
- Identify automation opportunities and optimize performance
- Integrate identity governance with HR directories and cloud services
- Lead engineering team for managed security services
- Lead technical workshops and knowledge transfer
- Maintain identity governance connectors and REST API integrations
- Manage Identity Governance and Administration platforms
- Mentor internal teams and client personnel
- Perform root cause analysis for sync provisioning and policy failures
- Run access certification campaigns
- Troubleshoot complex connector and workflow issues
