- Act as Owner Engineer for SCMS
- Configure HMI and databases
- Coordinate FAT and SAT activities
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams
- Create I O lists and signal interfacing
- Design automation sequences
- Design control logic
- Design interlocking schemes
- Design network and communication layouts
- Design station bay process levels
- Develop SCMS architecture
- Implement IEC 62443 aligned cybersecurity
- Integrate SCMS with IEC 60870 5 101
- Integrate SCMS with IEC 60870 5 104
- Integrate SCMS with IEC 61850
- Interface SCMS with protection relays
- Interface SCMS with switchgear transformers feeders
- Interface SCMS with teleprotection systems
- Lead telecommunication system integration
- Perform design risk identification and mitigation recommendations
- Prepare system architecture diagrams
- Review vendor submissions for compliance
- Support commissioning and validation
