- Conduct architecture reviews and threat modeling
- Define and maintain enterprise IAM strategy
- Design identity architectures including authentication and authorization
- Drive identity lifecycle processes
- Ensure security integration of applications across environments
- Establish identity standards and reference architectures
- Evaluate and recommend IAM tools and technologies
- Lead IAM technology implementation and integration
- Monitor and respond to identity threats
- Oversee identity governance and compliance
- Partner with engineering and security teams to embed IAM controls
- Provide technical leadership and guidance
