Principal Software Engineer
Tasks
- Architect AI agents for vulnerability detection and remediation
- Communicate technical direction and risk to leadership
- Define and enforce quality gates and secure by default patterns
- Drive partner alignment across teams and resolve cross team disagreements
- Lead design reviews security reviews and threat model deep dives
- Lead production posture management and Sev 1 and Sev 2 post incident reviews
- Mentor engineers and support hiring and calibration
- Set technical strategy and architecture for security platforms and AI agentic systems
- Translate compliance requirements into engineering requirements and automation
