Principal Systems Engineer
Tasks
- Act as escalation point for technical issues
- Design, implement, and improve back-end infrastructure
- Engage with customers explaining technical issues
- Ensure high availability, resilience, security, and performance of servers and virtual environments
- Lead root cause analysis for incidents
- Maintain technical documentation and knowledge bases
- Provide technical leadership for mission-critical systems
- Support and mentor engineering team
