Privacy Automation Engineer
Tasks
- Automate DSAR intake and response drafting
- Automate end to end handling of data subject rights requests
- Build LLM based automation for privacy operations
- Build operational trackers for privacy SLAs
- Collaborate with Legal Compliance Information Security Product Engineering
- Contribute to Privacy Impact Assessments and DPIAs
- Create privacy training and awareness materials
- Design prompt engineering evaluations and guardrails
- Develop web applications intake forms dashboards
- Draft and update privacy policies procedures response templates
- Escalate complex cases to senior team members
- Implement intelligent request routing
- Implement privacy by design in technical development
- Integrate privacy platforms with downstream systems via REST APIs
- Maintain Records of Processing Activities workflows
- Review third party data processor due diligence responses
- Support regulatory inquiry responses and complaint management
- Translate privacy and technical concepts into guidance for stakeholders
