- Assist with software and services renewals approvals
- Conduct software license audits
- Create and maintain support documentation
- Create and manage purchase orders
- Liaise with departments to validate and process payments
- Log and track IT business partner tickets in JIRA
- Maintain supplier records contracts and pricing
- Manage software and services invoices
- Perform cost analysis budgeting and forecasting
- Prepare deal summaries for software and services renewals
- Prepare procurement documentation and correspondence
- Respond to IT business partner tickets and customer queries
