Product Specialist - Cybersecurity - Brazil
Tasks
- Apply AI prompt engineering techniques in threat detection
- Collaborate with engineering and security teams
- Conduct initial threat triage and classification
- Contribute to user guides and documentation
- Document response steps and escalate incidents
- Initiate and manage takedown requests
- Monitor alerts and incidents on cloud security platform
- Monitor and document phishing websites and fake domains
- Provide support and follow-ups on brand abuse cases
- Record and track support issues
- Serve as first point of contact for customer issues
- Stay updated with cyber threats and TTPs
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
