- Gather and analyze customer requirements
- Operationalize LogScale NGSIEM
- Provide feedback for product enhancements
- Support pre-sales and post-sales processes
- Transfer knowledge to clients
- Translate customer needs into technical feedback
- Travel to client sites (less than 25%)
