Professional Services Sr. Consultant (Remote)
Tasks
- Advise customers on SIEM, log management, XDR, SOAR
- Demonstrate Falcon LogScale and NGSIEM
- Develop technical vision and roadmap for customers
- Gather requirements and scope technical solutions
- Operationalize NGSIEM in customer environments
- Provide delivery and integration services
- Provide product feedback to engineering teams
- Transfer knowledge and documentation
- Travel onsite as needed
