Tasks
- Apply security patches and vulnerability remediation
- Coordinate upgrades and hardware component replacements
- Create and maintain technical documentation and diagrams
- Ensure endpoint security compliance
- Install configure troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues
- Maintain and support server workstation and hardware devices
- Maintain server and workstation builds
- Manage Active Directory accounts and passwords
- Monitor and document system performance and topology
- Perform backups and restores
