• Configure Microsoft Purview security compliance policies
• Configure Palo Alto Prisma Access URL filtering
• Create Prisma Access access policies by identity device location
• Deploy Intune device compliance policies
• Design Microsoft 365 IT infrastructure
• Enforce Conditional Access policies
• Implement Palo Alto Prisma Access ZTNA access control
• Integrate Strata Cloud Manager with Azure AD
• Maintain runbooks architecture diagrams and change logs
• Manage Microsoft 365 service delivery
• Manage Microsoft Teams policies
• Monitor and troubleshoot Prisma Access
• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 incident support
