- Ensure dealer service quality

- Identify accounts with elevated risk
- Maintain and update owned processes
- Maintain prohibited customer listing
- Maintain system updates
- Manage retail draft privilege
- Meet JD Power survey results
- Mitigate risk for dealer obligations
- Monitor TOS violations
- Perform title follow up
- Process contract reversals
- Provide dealer level reporting and monitoring updates
- Reduce operating costs and improve efficiency
- Review approve dealership onboarding renewals terminations
- Track action plans to completion
