- Aggregate and synthesize risks into a consolidated risk view
- Deliver defensible recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Design and execute monitoring and testing routines using metrics and KPIs
- Develop and execute risk based coverage plan for fraud and scam prevention
- Drive issue management through root cause corrective actions and audit ready closure
- Escalate control issues through governance
- Evaluate evolving fraud and scam risks and regulatory expectations
- Provide independent oversight of fraud and scam prevention initiatives
- Review and challenge fraud strategies fraud rules and fraud product capabilities
- Use data analytics and AI ML tools for monitoring and detection
