Firewall, VPN, IDS/IPS - Network Engineering Specialist Advisor - Palo Alto
Tasks
- Design security traffic flows
- Detect security issues and manage tickets until closure
- Implement network security solutions
- Maintain and operate firewall systems
- Maintain network and security documentation
- Manage upgrades and patches for security platforms
- Perform requests changes incidents problem management
- Perform weekly monthly health checks
- Plan device issue resolutions
- Provide 24x7 on call support for high severity incidents
- Provide technical escalation to L2 support
- Review firewall rule sets
- Support Palo Alto and Fortinet firewalls
- Troubleshoot firewall and traffic flows
- Troubleshoot using packet captures and debugs
- Write firewall reporting queries
