- Collaborate with managers to determine security needs
- Configure ServiceNow portal widgets and pages
- Configure knowledge base and knowledge articles
- Define cloud security architecture
- Develop customize and configure ServiceNow GRC platform
- Document cloud security controls
- Ensure data accuracy and synchronization
- Lead end to end design development and deployment of ServiceNow GRC solutions
- Manage project delivery
- Manage third party integrations using REST and SOAP
- Perform ServiceNow version and patch upgrades
- Support pre sales technical solutioning and proposal preparation
