Tasks
- Analyze database growth and recommend archiving
- Collaborate with SAP Basis Security functional legal and compliance teams
- Configure SAP ILM retention rules
- Configure legal holds
- Define cloud security framework
- Document cloud security controls
- Ensure retention compliance during S4HANA migrations
- Extract and export personal data for DSAR
- Implement data destruction policies
- Maintain Information Retrieval Framework data models
- Maintain technical documentation and runbooks
- Provide audit evidence and reports
- Support SAP data archiving
- Support retention enforcement and deletion reviews
- Support testing UAT and production deployments
- Validate retrieved data for accuracy completeness and audit readiness
