Tasks

• Act as technical escalation for key accounts
• Collaborate with HR Finance and operations on governance
• Configure VLAN tagging and QoS for video streaming
• Configure and fine tune edge analytics
• Deliver training for dashboard independent use
• Deploy and manage hardware lifecycle
• Engineer and enforce alarm monitoring SOPs
• Ensure operational continuity of control room infrastructure
• Lead incident escalation and emergency dispatch
• Lead user acceptance testing for client handovers
• Maintain database and biometric integrity
• Manage large scale integrated security projects
• Oversee firmware updates and security patching
